Front Tyre For Giant Anthem 26"- Stans No Tubes

Hi all
I am currently running a panaracer fire XC pro 2.1 tyre on the front. I'm using standard tubes with this. I am going to convert my front to tubeless with stans no tubes.
Am I ok to stick with the Fire XC pro or have a nobby Nic (standard 2.1 tyre & not tubeless specific) or should I go for something else with a more rigid sidewall?
I'd like a tyre that is grippy but also rolls quite fast too.
Any suggestions are greatly appreciated.

Constantly trying to upgrade my parts.It is a long road ahead as things are so expensive for little gain. n+1 is always the principle in my mind.

can the fire XC pro be used tubeless? if so its a decent tyre, I'd continue to use it.0
