Best sites for handbuilt wheels?

I'm looking to treat myself with a new set of wheels but I realised that I've got absolutely no idea who are the best shops to use for this sort of thing. I don't mind paying a little extra for good quality work.

Any suggestions?

I think Merlin and Superstar have good reports.

I had mine built by JD Tuning.
They do a really top quality job and are cheap.
