Bb386 for sram red

Hi, I have a full Sram Red ( 2011) on my current bike, I'm looking to buy the wilier cento 1 air frame and transfer my Sram onto this frame. However, the wilier has a BB386 bottom bracket and my Bb on my current bike its a Bb30. Do I have to buy a completely new Sram crank or can I buy an adaptor to fit the BB386? My local dealer said I'd have to buy a new crank for about £380.00.
Any suggestions greatly appreciated.

mechanic is right. BB386 won't take a BB30 crank - the crank is too narrow.
