wheels for 11 speed campag

I know "what wheels?" come up daily and I do not wish to bore people, however I am in need of guidance.
I need a new wheelset for my new build which will have an 11 speed campag cassette on. Of all the wheels I've seen it comes down to either the Scirocco 35 or the Fulcrum racing Quattro's.
They both weigh similar but is one better than the other? If you have other recommendations that would also be great.

Afaik Campagnolo and Fulcrum wheels have been 11-speed since they released 11-speed.0

No idea if one is better than the other - it's the same tech. The one that looks best is therefore the best on ;-)0

Thanks guys. Now I just need to decide which look better.0

What colour is your bike?0

They are 11 speed compatibleleft the forum March 20230

Pearlescent white with black decals.
Ugo, what would you recommend for that price range (£250ish)?0 -
Campag would probably be cheaper than the fulcrums.
Good wheels though. Underrated in my opinion.0 -
I'm thinking it will be the campag ones. How would handbuilt wheels fare up in terms of price/quality? I understand that it would be easier sourcing parts should things go wrong, but I wouldn't have a clue where to start with handbuilts.0

Budget-weight-intended use; then trust your builder and don't get overly fussy with details. Details cost money and don't give you anything in returnleft the forum March 20230 -
I'll keep that in mind. Hopefully I can improve the budget for the wheels.0

I've got a set of mavic open pros with miche primato hubs in the classifieds. Built by Harry Rowland with Sapim Laser / Race spokes.
Done less than 500 miles and for 10 & 11 speed Campagnolo.
£1500 -

There is nothing wrong with your budget. It is a legend that you need big bucks to have good bespoke wheels. You need big bucks if you want trendy components, while if you are happy with the less crowd pleasing, you can have perfectly good wheels with your budget.
A bike allows you to go places, when the focus becomes the bike itself, it is no longer a hobby, but an obsession, which sad to say, it is a conditionleft the forum March 20230 -
For £50 or under think Sapim Race spokes and Mavic Open pro's or Kinlin rims maybe the XR-270. Hubs stick to shimano 105 or Novatec. With the Kinlin rims you could have a black build for under £250 and weighs 1660g in a 24 spoke front and 28 spoke rear.
A Mavic OP build with silver Sapim spoke and 105 hubs or Novatec hubs will cost a similar amount but it will be heavier. This build is more suited to heavier riders.
There are other options too.
Either wheelset is good. I have access to all the parts I want at trade price and yet I still rider on wheel I would sell for less than £300 and I see no need to spend more.
Just speak to wheel builder there are number to choice from.http://www.thecycleclinic.co.uk -wheel building and other stuff.0 -

How do suggest the OP fits a 11 speed Campag cassette to 105 hubs?0 -
Very informative. I'm sure the 105s can be changed for something compatible so its not an issue. At 88kg (6ft 1)I guess i'm in the heavier rider bracket so will take that into consideration also.0
