Looking for Seat Rail Clamp

Hello everyone .
Im looking for a seat rail clamp for a Boardman 31.6mm carbon post .
Its the little semi circle piece that for the life of me I cant find .
I have been to Halfords who tell me there are no parts available and I will need a new post ( More like he couldn't be bothered to help ) and two local bike shops who couldn't help either but were more than eager to sell me there seatposts .
I had a look at the other bikes on display in Halfords and lots had the same posts as mine so I don't believe there are "No Spares Available ".
After all im sure these are just generic seatposts rebranded by Boardman and churned out by the thousands by some factory in China.
I'll include pics of the piece involved .... its exactly the same as the alloy posts clamp as well .
Anyone know where I can get one or has a Boardman alloy post for sale ??

    Surely it would be more time-efficient to buy a new seatpost?

    I did say in the bottom of the post that if anyone has a post for sale also.
    Its the same as the alloy one if someone has one for sale or even just the clamp lying around.
    I believe a Boardman carbon seat post would be £50 plus so just wanted to ask if theres anyone with a spare clamp or indeed post for sale first .
