Winter training bike with discs, mudguards and Di2?

I'm looking to replace my winter training bike with a new one that has disc brakes, full mudguards and Di2 shifting.
The main purpose of the bike will be to use it when the weather is particularly bad and to avoid punctures as far as possible using heavy duty tyres as i dont enjoy standing by the side of the road when its raining and -2 degrees :-). It also needs visually appealing and not too heavy.
From my searches there doesn't seem to be a great choice of bikes with these requirements.
There are a few steel frame bikes with disc brakes and mudguard mounts but I'm not really keen on the look of steel bikes.
My budget is £2000 - £2500.
The two bikes on my shortlist are:-
- Rose PRO DX Cross 3100 (Di2) £2080 - http://www.rosebikes.co.uk/bike/rose-pr ... aid:612384 - this meets all my requirements. Currently waiting for the 2014 model to be in stock. Tyres would need to be changed
- Whyte Dorset £1000 + Di2 groupset - http://www.whytebikes.com/2014/product.php?xProd=117 - Nice looking but it has Shimano Tiagra shifting which I could upgrade to Di2 but it was not designed for internal Di2 cabling.
I like the colour scheme of the Whyte but when I spoke to a bike shop about buying it he gave me the impression i was mad to fit di2 to it and said i should buy the Genisis Croix De Fer but I just don't like the look of it.
Any other bikes to consider?

I thought the point of a winter bike was that it had components that you didnt mind getting degraded/worn out? isnt Di2 a bit expensive for this?0

di2 makes more sense for a winter trainer than a summer bikeBMC TM01 - FCN 0
Look 695 (Geared) - FCN 1
Bowman Palace:R - FCN 1
Cannondale CAAD 9 - FCN 2
Premier (CX) - FCN 6
Premier (fixed/SS) - FCN30 -
If you're going to do this, you need internal routing and you want the new ultegra hydraulics...0
