  • A good session at badmionton last night followed by lots of bacons and a good sleep made last night a win. :)

No idea what today will bring but I have a swimming session tonight.

Cake making minion is back so I'll need to see what offerings there are.

    Later......

TKM - afraid loyalty only come from dogs

Today is going to be good - in theory all the work for group board finished yesterday, car sold yesterday & IOS7 uploaded to phone last night (ok - last one thrown in for all of the apple haters)

Should collect my car from the garage later and whilst there have a look for roof bars as otherwise the car is pretty useless for my w.end needs.

    Right, onwards to tea

    morning all,

this world is full of twunts...major twuntishness going on that I can't really talk about, but what a bunch of twunts!!!

and then this morning driving in, some guy nearly takes the fronty of my car off as he cuts across 3 lanes of a roundabout, I beep him and flash my lights and he gives me the finger (I can see that's open to quoting differently  )

I get alongside him and he's leaning out the window waving his fist at me and calling me a w@nker! ffs, what's wrong with some people? I must be growing up cos not 1 swear word passed my lips, i just shouted at him "nice driving:roll: " but I am childish cos he was a big guy and I was just doing "which way to muscle beach?" impressions at him, the farking twunt

anyway, that's my cool story for the day,

    laters

    Morning bumders

Uni 'n' shit today. In a bad mood already as housematey has decided to play awkward buggers this morning for some reason, little does he know that I can be a massive child too and as such shall get revenge at some point. More rehersals for the strip later, then sleep and fixing superbitch's brakes for her as she's offered to pay in beer so I can't really refuse.

    Afternoon Sad Cases and Cripples,

A day of work work and more work but still have to be out early as it's my kids birthday today. Fortunately I'm in the good book at home as I got her a cheapo smartphone after telling her she'd have to wait till she was older. Expectation management works wonders sometimes.

PS: TKM, you are so subtle :)

  • Hola peeps,

Trying to remain positive at work, need to sort my bike lights out and check them over see if i can bring myself to solo night ride these days. as i get older it always seems like a more stupid idea.

Also playing wiht the idea of an excersize bike to fill in the mid week nightmare a bit more effectively to keep the legs working through.

    laters mongs.

  • dont they hate the knobbly tyres?
  • Meant to say this earlier - On the way to work along the river, I startled a young moorhen, and it started running infront of me. Such a funny sight - it didnt veer off to the left or right or into the river, just kept on the path infront of me running at full speed for about 10 metres untill I felt sorry and stopped to let it run away. :D

It takes as much courage to have tried and failed as it does to have tried and succeeded.

Pick up a cheap as chips rear wheel and use that on the turbo with a slick tyre
