Shimano xt clutch system problem

Hi does anyone know if there is a way off tightening a shimano xt rear clutch?

mine is slack even when turned to the on posisition?

Yes, it can be done. Just don't over-do it cos they're a bit fragile inside. Search for "adjust XTR clutch" or similar and you should get a video up (XT doesn't have the built-in tool, but you'll get the idea).

Take the cap off the clutch and use the tool inside to tighten it a little.
