Winter bike swap thread....advice please

This is my winter bike:

It is probably bullet proof, and under 500 miles old

I am being offered a swap for this:

It's a 2007 Madone, Carbon Fibre, well used but well looked after. It has a slightly dubious 'project one' paint job (unlike the link).

What are your thoughts people?

If I got it, I'd refinish it matt black I think.

    I would keep the Specialized.

    Get the one with the highest 2nd hand value. Then sell it and get something that can actually take mudguards!

    Looking at the Bay, definitely the Trek, but I'd be keeping it rather than selling, that's sort of part of the deal.
