Experience in removing Fox F120 fork seals?

Afternoon all - just did a service on my 2011 Fox F120 RLC FIT forks, including generally getting everything nice and clean, relubing foam rings with Fox float fluid and replacing oil in lowers. No problems there, BUT, I had planned on replacing the seals with the "new" low-friction versions but couldn't get the originals to budge, so erred on the side of caution and let a sleeping dog lie. Does anyone have advice/experience on the best way to pull the seals out of the lowers? Preferably without wrecking the seals in the process? Any and all input gratefully received!
