Perfect 3/4 (Knicker)?

I have tried a few knickers (3/4) shorts/ tights and I am no near to finding a good pair
I find them a bit sort in the leg – more 2/3 than 3/4
No good so far – Craft, Gore and dhb
Nearly – Altura Progel – but the straps and kidney area was uncomfortable
Am I being fussy? – Or is there the perfect pair out there?
Any advice on a good length (proper) 3/4 , knicker?
(Nothing too expensive please…)
Thanks

If you already own bib-shorts why not get some knee warmers to use with them?

Cheaper than 3/4 bibs as well

  • Can't get on with those either... They seem to move about too much and the silcon slips at both ends.
See - told you I was fussy

i use Assos 3/4 knickers, lycra ones for the summer and their roubaix ones for autumn/winter, brilliant imo, and yeah, you are fussy ....

Maybe you just need the right size :?

I need a 3/4 length that really is 3/4 (i have long legs). dhb and Northwave work for me. Shutt VR don't - too short! So, since Shutt VR are my favourite clothing manufacturer, I would recommend giving them a shot as it sounds like my issue with them could be what you're looking for! (Their jerseys are A+++++ and customer service is superb).

Castelli Sorpasso 3/4 - mid calf length, longer than Assos and have the best seat pad going.
Make mine an Italian, with Campagnolo on the side..
