Hi all
Newbie question but I've been looking at this: http://www.chainreactioncycles.com/chri ... tAod7FkA4Q
And wondered if it could be fitted to my Felt F4...? Don't know much about headsets, bike setup yet - I've just done a rudimentary bike maintenance course but keen to learn and add to my own bike...

All modern carbon and alloy frames will only take hidden/integrated headsets and not the threadless ones, yours belong to that group. The threadless are only for older frames or modern steel frames.left the forum March 20230

You want the Inset version

but you also need to know the bearing contact angles of your existing headset. The CK inset headset is also likely to be heavier than your existing headset and it's expensive, the benefit would be long term reliability and build quality/materials used0 -
is your headset knackered ?! sticking a CK in wont make your bike any faster...spend that money on new tires instead0
