Garmin Edge 500 Compatibility

Looking at buying a Garmin Edge 500 but not sure whether I can just get the Garmin, or whether I need the Cadence and heart rate bundle instead (approx £50 more).
The reason being that I've already got a Decathlon heart rate monitor and a cadence sensor from my current Cateye V2C computer.
The key question being, will these both work with the Garmin as well?
If anyone has tried using similar devices with a Garmin I'd really like to know how you got on.

They need to be ANT+ compatible to work with the Garmin, so you just need to check that.0
