7-speed shifters

After a dozy ped took me out this morning my trusty old Ridgeback is in need of a couple of repairs. The main thing is that the left hand shifter is knackered. Its a very old Shimano 200GS 7 speed. So what I need is a 3 speed shifter that will work with 7 speed and ideally look suitably old school. The brake lever is also badly bent and may need replacing, so I would also consider integrated brake levers / shifters but I need something that will work with V-brakes as opposed to cantilevers - I think this may rule out things like the old 7 speed XT levers/shifters/.

Any tips / suggestions would be gratefully received.

Any Shimano or Sram left shifter will work.
