B-tension screw on Ultegra Di2

Hi Guys,

Me again, just finished the install and I'm in the process of setting up the rear derailleur.

Part of the setup is to adjust the B-tension screw? However, it doesn't appear to do much.
Is this normal on the Ultegra / Durace Di2 rear derailleur?

    It's usually difficult to see much movement when turning the B screw but if you get real close you can see it and make the adjustment while the chain isn't moving. Then turn the cranks through all the gear combinations to make sure the pulley doesn't rub any cogs. Also if your chain is too long you may not have any adjustment available with the B screw.
