New frameset for£2500

So my mate needs a new frameset in the region of £2500. He has been riding a 60cm Colnago C40 but it broke so time for a new one. Any ideas anyone?

Guessing your mate had some nice kit on his Colnago so he could sell it and get the Wilier.

Has to be carbon. He's gonna strip his Dura Ace 7900 so just a frame set but the Willier is an option as he doesn't want anything too mainstream.

I love the Cipollini`s and if it was me I`d probably go for one coz I`ve never seen anyone else on one and they look fantastic.
