Drivetrain creak in just one gear?

Bit of a strange one. Iam getting some creaking when pressing down on the pedals (esp the non drive side) when the chain is on the sprocket 4th up from the smallest on the cassette. Ive cleaned & lubed the chain and its def not the cleats. Its hard to pinpoint tbh but as soon as i change up or down it goes :| :?:
