Will the TOB still run with sundays forcast

Just wondering if the TOB will run with the forcast winds of upto 60mph and heavy rain on sunday.

    IIRC the weather has been horrible at start for the last two years? - Blackpool stage cancelled, also horrible in the borders I seem to remember.
