NEDS

Did anybody catch the film "NEDS" earlier in the week? It reminded me of a crossover between "Trainspotting" and "Scum" - gritty but compelling.
It was set in 1970s Glasgow, but had some fabulous 70s references. Who can forget the theme tune to Robinson Crusoe?
It was a film I caught on the off-chance and though it was cleverly scripted, and fabulously acted by Conor McCarron, it did leave me feeling slightly numb and aghast.
I didn't know Glasgow in the 70s, thankfully...
Did anybody else see it?

Yes watched most of it last night, going to finish it tonight. Enjoying it so far but perhaps a little bit too "gritty" for my tastes.
