Heart Rate Monitor (Sigma PC-15)

I am looking for a new HR monitor. Anyone got any suggestions (I'm on a fairly tight budget, not more than £100)? I've been looking at the Sigma PC-15.
I basically want a watch which allows me to know when I am in the different zones. I want to be able to set the limits for these zones according to my own personal HR limits. I don't want it to work them out automatically for me according to my age, sex etc I want to set them myself.
Any thoughts?
