Whilst cycling on Tuesday evening I was forced into taking evading action due to a car pulling out of a junction as I was passing which resulted in a visit to the local A&E and a damaged bike.

Which way forward now for damage & injury claims?

Any good local cycling claims solicitors around the area?

Do I try via his insurers or use one the claims specialists?

  • Are you a member of British Cycling?

They offered me solictor help, free of charge through the membership.

Asolicitor will be able to tell you the drivers insurance details so long as you have the reg etc. I would go through them first. Worked in my experience.
