Carbon chainset failure

I've had my second failure on my de rosa badged fsa k force chainset, the drive side aluminium bottom bracket insert has loosened in the carbon, this was after the non drive side arm falling off. I am thinking of replacing it with campag centaur red, but can other carbon chainsets be prone to similar failings?
