Brake levers for bull bars

Just bought a Fixie with bull bars and I think I'd rather have the brake levers which are at the ends of the bars, similar to TT brakes, instead of the cross top type ones. Reason being is I envisage spending more time with hands on the bar ends than on the cross top section.

I've got a pair of these on my bike http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/251274126268 though I paid £10 for them IIRC, one thing to be aware of is some levers use MTB nipples, not road nipples on the cables. These are for external cable routing not internal routing.I've added a signature to prove it is still possible.0
