Ultegra Di2 Internal Cables
Hi,
Does any one have any tips on installing the electric cable on a Giant Defy Advanced SL. It looks like the cable goes up through a pre-made hole in the top tube, down the head tube (behind the frame) and then continues down the down tube to the bottom bracket shell. Just wondered if anyone has a particular technique?
One other question, when fitting the rear brake cable, is there an internal sleeve that the new cable goes into in the frame.

I ran string inside a frame when wiring di2. Pull it through once attached to the wires.0
