    Yes. The normal 1 1/8" - 1 1/4" thing.

I don't know if they always have been but certainly 2013 and 2014 are, and I assume the older ones are too as I can't remember them saying they'd changed anything.

Just don't ask them what the head tube angle is (never mind the fork offset), they won't tell you or even answer your emails.

Fizik dont answer emails either, maybe an Italian thing. I wonder why head angle isnt on their spec charts.

They pretend it's part of their mythic Italian artisan image, so the finer points of geometry are state secrets, like the formula for cola cola... Actually it's probably because they specify the same fork rake on all models to save money and have slacker head tube angles on the smaller sizes, leading to very long trail figures on these sizes (rather than having different forks with more rake to compensate for slacker head tubes on the small frames).

Most manufacturers do this, but many are really sensitive about it, which is why you often don't find numbers for fork rake on geometry charts and they won't tell you if you ask. Colnago just go one step further and won't even tell you the head tube angle... (you need both of these figures to work out trail).
