Fizik R1 Shoe Spares ?

Hi i have a pair of the above Fizik R1 shoes in white with carbon buckle etc when i was knocked of my bike the buckle was shattered and looks like it just screws onto a baseplate does anyone know if i can buy a buckle or buckles from any of the uk distributors

    I'd get in touch with Fizik direct and ask the same question, or alternatively try PX or Wiggle. Great shoes though.

    Fizik dont answer emails, I would call them. Then they'll tell you to email to a personal address and then they still wont answer. I think OP be very lucky to find a buckle. Stupid to make them out a material that shatters.

    Did you ever get a response to this?

    I contacted them via the phone and was asked to complete a Quality Claim even though I explained it was an accident and not a quality issue. Within 30minutes of completing it I had a response asking for an address to send the buckle and strap to FREE OF CHARGE.

    Cant really complain at that level of service.
