Recommend Me Some Pads Please (SORA 2013)

Hi all, looking for some advice on upgrading the brakes on my Trek. Though I've cycling for years, it's all been MTB or hybrid, and with disc brakes. I have in the past month decided to try a road bike, specifically Trek 1.2, just to see if I enjoy it.
My only issue is the lack of braking, particularly whilst riding on the 'hoods'. I realise I have been spoilt with disc setups, but it is a little un-nerving. The pads are stock SORA, all in one. From looking about it seems separate block/pads setups are the way to go, so would anyone care to recommend a few options?
Thanks

I use SwissStop Green but the Koolstop pads recommended above are also pretty good.
It's never going to be as good as a disc brake MTB setup though. The braking interface is also pretty sensitive to contamination; you get buildup of a greasy film on the rim over time, so periodically scrub the rim with hot water. It's also worth checking the surface of the pads for embedded debris and uneven wear; you can dig out the lumps with a blade and dress the surface back with wet'n'dry to maintain performance.- - - - - - - - - -

Thanks folks, I presume from a compatibility point of view if they fit 105/Ultegra etc then they should fit mine also? Specifically the block holders as it were.0
