Best mixed condition tyre.

I'm looking to upgrade the tyres 'continental ultra sport' on my commute / mixed weather bike, and wanted a spot of advice / opinions.
I think I'm either looking at a set of continental GP4000s. I already have these on my 'best bike / weather must be ideal bike', so I know how they ride in the dry.
The alternative would be a set of Vredestein Fortezza TriComp's. I have zero experience of these and dont know anyone that does, but they have good online reviews and can be got for £38 a pair as opposed to £55 for the GP4000s.
I've used gatorskins in the past but found they lost traction in the cold and wet more than I would like. Four seasons would be an option but I've read that they lack durability.
It would be great to get your opinions.
Thanks.

I have a pair of the fortezzas on my bike, same price too! Have ridden them in the wet and in the dry they roll very well, in both and havent had a puncture, rip, tear or any sign of use really after 600 miles. Coming from standard vittorias they feel totally different. I would recommend and buy again. Hope this helps.0
