New Shorts

Having a wee look about for some new shorts to treat myself for my 40th and just wondering if anyone has any input on the Gore Fusion 2.0 shorts,they look pretty good and in sale is a bonus,

Just get some Hummvees, I've got three pairs and they are brilliant.

I've got some Fusions - had them a couple of weeks now. Nice light, cool material and a good slim fit. Good pockets and a glasses wipe in the pocket. Very comfortable. Typical Gore quality. And price.

The downside is press-stud waist fasteners. Which have popped on me a couple of times as the mediums are a little bit snug for me. Luckily the zip holds them on all on its own! I knew I should have gone for a large as the fit seems similar to my Endura Singletracks. The Singletracks are just as good although thicker and more robust....and a lot cheaper.

If you want a nice light pair of summer shorts they are really nice but a bit pricey . Mine were a birthday present. At that sale price I think they are priced about right.

Aye - can't go wrong with those. I have a pair of 3/4 length.

cheers for the info guys,my mate has the hummvees,hes on his 2nd pair so cant be to bad,just thought at 60quid the Gore was good value ??always hear people talk highly of Gore bike stuff....

But do they do anything better than the Humvees at £45? I'd save the £15 and have the Enduras, myself.

The gore shorts are a bit short for me. I like my humvees but I could do with a M, the smalls I bought last year are a bit snug :oops:
