boardman pocket bike pump

not long had a used boardman comp hybrid came with boardman carbon bottle cage and frame pump holder but no pump, so bought the boardman pocket bike pump today cant belief how small it is, was going to put it on the seat tube just above the bottom crank but can you undo the bottle cage and put it under that and use screws to hold both cage and pump holder ? thanks for any replys

Probably. Have you tried? Screws are quite easy to use and put back if they don't work.What do you mean you think 64cm is a big frame?0
