Has anyone heard when Death of an Accidental Cyclist might be coming out?

There was talk of it being released for the 100th edition of the tour

It was my understanding that James Erskine is hoping to get it premiered at Cannes Film Festival in May next year. Obviously, it would then get general release for the 2014 Tour.
