Feeling a bit tender

Well had a heavy day at work today 11 hours of hell unloading 40ft containers

needless to say the ride home was not the most pleasant so wondering if anybody has some good tips for muscle recovery from items that I have in the home coz you just no when you have over done it and its going to kick your butt for a few days

    I think you need downtime to recover. Excessive exercise must damage the muscles on a microsopic scale. That's why they feel sore.

    I don't see a way around it without taking amphetamines and painkillers and just powering though it.

    rolling pin and massage your legs, specifically quads, and good hot bath

    Eat lots of healthy food too. Your body can't recover without adequate fuel.
