GPS Mount failure

my wife bought me a K-Series out front mount for my 800 ... it's been fine for nearly 800 miles ... (hmm coincidence?!)
On Saturday I noticed it was wobbling about a bit ... investigated and found the bolt that holds the arm on was loose - stopped and tightened it up ... (cost me a segment that did!)
On Sunday it was fine
Monday it had a rest (I rode the other bike - the bikes co-habit, so they do know about each other)
This morning it was wobbling a bit - investigated and it wasn't the bolt underneath .. the whole unit was rotating on the bars. Straightened it up a few times whilst on the move and it kept drooping - finally thought enoughs enough - only a mile to work - take the GPS off and sort it at work.
I twisted the GPS off and the mount fell to the road ...
Fortunately it's a quiet country lane and the car following me was about to overtake so wasn't directly behind me. I managed to retrieve the mount minus the bolt that had loosened. So not a costly error ..
I've now got some locktite .... and a spare bolt!
