Ribble R872 seat tube diameter ?

im looking to buy a Campagnolo Front Derailleur Clamp (http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/400424593395? ... 1423.l2649 ) after my problem listed here viewtopic.php?f=40004&t=12939590

I have been on the ribble website and I cannot for life of me find the down tube diameter :oops:

anybody help ?

as need to know do I buy the 32mm or the 53mm clamp !

    im not happy about putting clamp on but have no other option as the pot rivets pulling out

    If you do ask make sure you ask for the seat tube diameter NOT the downtube as per your title.

    it is unlikely to be one of the standard sizes, which is why in has a "Braze-on" mount.

    to see what size it is read this for the standard sizes and how to measure.

    Apols - I was just joking about the thought of you trying to mount a mech on the downtube rather than the seattube - it would make for a good picture!

    Also had advice from ribble today try using larger rivets first !!!

    So will give that a go before buying clamp
