Bellelli Kids Taxi Trailer - Fit 700C Wheels?

Hi guys, looking at getting one of these to attach to my road bike, which has the usual 700c wheel. On the spec sheet for the Taxi Trailer it says it will fit bikes with wheels from 26" - 28". If memory serves me correctly, the 700c road wheel is 29" no? So does this mean it won't fit a road bike? I can't see that being the case, if anybody has one of these trailers hooked up to a normal road bike I'd appreciate some feedback!
