Quick chainring question

Evening all. I think I need to replace my outer chainring. I run Sram Rival.

Simple question - can I use a 110mm Shimano outer ring bolted onto a Sram inner?

    Chainring compatability is fine, just check that the mounting holes on the new ring line up on the crank arms and away you go.
