What time does it get light enuogh to ride?

I know sunrise is "officially" 6.15 at the moment but roughly what time is light enuogh to ride without lights these days?

I'll be using flashing LEDs for safety but want to avoid using full on lighting for seeing where I'm riding if its possible.

    On a cloudless day, about 20 mins before sunrise.

    This time of year we get the most rapid day to day change of Sunlight times.

    So, I'd be setting off around 6.00 at best? Hmm, may need to reassess the lighting options.
