When you next have an inner tube which is goosed cut it into 2" sections. They are great for putting over CO2 cannisters to stop that cold burn you get when you use the cannister. Needs a little moisture (use water) to get it over the tube but once on it will stay on. It also makes them easier to grip with numb fingers in the winter.

Or just use a pump .Life is like a roll of toilet paper; long and useful, but always ends at the wrong moment. Anon.
Think how stupid the average person is.......
half of them are even more stupid than you first thought.0 -
If you're using a CO2 inflator, you've presumably also got a tube you just removed from the tyre - wrap that around the CO2 - no need for anything extra at all...Jibbering Sports Stuff: http://jibbering.com/sports/0

When I buy my CO2 they come with a neoprene sleeve that I just slide over the cannister before using.
I buy mine off eBay usually around £28 for 30, lasts me yonks.0
