Good deal?

Been offered a brand new Orbea Orca Silver with Di2 for £1k plus my existing Orca Silver which is a few years old and showing some battlescars having been bought from a racing team after a season's use.
Do like the bike, and the only issue I have with it is the shifting which can be a little awkward at time due to (IMO) a poorly designed cable run near the rear mech. So for a grand I'd be getting a brand new version of my bike with DI2 so the shifting problems wouldn't exist. Got to be a good deal, right? Or is there something I'm missing?

Sounds good to me, the groupset would be about a £1k alone and the frame maybe £1.8k so you're really only paying for a new groupset and you get a brand new frame as well 8)"Arran, you are like the Tony Benn of smut.
