Fulcrum R7 bearings

Just wanted to check, are 4-R5-004 the correct bearings for a fulcrum R7 wheel (It's the wheel supplied on my 2010 Wilier).
Any suggestions for a good supplier? I think they come as a pack of 4.
Btw, do they come with new seals?
