25 mile TT in Devon

    Nice one. Going faster than 'last time' is always your first goal for a TT so doing 3min better is really good. Was this the course near Ashburton? It's definitely not flat round there. I've tried to time a holiday with a TT there but hasnt quite worked out yet (maybe next year).
    There is no secret ingredient...

    Yes, it's course S4/25 from Buckfastleigh to a bridge over the A road near Chudleigh. It's more rolling than steep hills but it is up and down! I did practice riding downhill with full power on but I think my less than perfect position wasn't helping the aerodynamics and this was limiting my top speed, which was only 55kph. And on the uphill, like every other 40-something bloke I need to loose a bit of weight :lol:
