11 speed Ultegra on 10 speed bike?

I think I've decided to keep my current bike and just upgrade the groupset.
I'm looking at Ultegra which can be bought for 550-600, but about another £50 buys the 2014 6800 11 speed group.
But, do I need a different rear wheel or hub to accommodate the extra gear?

Unless you have a hub (e.g. Mavic) that already supports 11 speed, yes you do. The 11 speed freehub is longer.0

So 2013 Mavic Ksyrium Elite S hub maybe ok?0

Yes. Just remove the thick Mavic spacer.0
