Ergomo Bottom Bracket Removal

Hi all,
I want to remove a ergomo bottom bracket (octalink) off a bike.

I have the crank puller I've used with an octalink before but the problem with the ergomo is that out of the bottom bracket axel comes a threaded bolt

I could just push the crank puller against this but I dont want to potentially damange the ergomo?
