Looking to buy a do it all FS 29er decent spec.

Hi as per the tag line looking to buy a do it all FS 29er with a decent spec. Budget 2.5k so far looking at a Commencal meta AM summer2012 reduced from over 4k and a Cube Super Stereo HPC Race 140. Like the spec camber carbon comp but spec not up to much for the price IMHO. Views and suggestions welcome.

    Check the commencal warranty before buying one. I was going to buy a supreme dh until I realised that its a 4k bike with a 6 month frame warranty.
    Have a look at the Giant Trance 29. Nice ride.

    Thanks for the heads up but the main reason i was looking at the commencal os that the am summer 2012 edition is now half price so even if frame did go at some point the rest of the parts would still be worth what i paid for the complete bike.
