GXP2 Bottom Bracket

Hi,
My cranks had some play and were creaking so I replaced the GXP2 external bearing bottom bracket.
I replaced it exactly as it was, with one spacer on both sides and put the same crankset back on.
I've tightened the crank bolt as hard as i possibly can, but there is still a little play! and a clicking noise when i pedal.
Any ideas, do you think the crankset needing replaced as well?
Thanks

Unless you're using a BB-fit chain device or mech you should have two spacers on the drive side. (or is that just for shimano?)0 -
Since it was meant to be the exact same bb I just fitted it the same way the original was. I didn't even look at the instructions, I'll have a look tomorrow!0

One spacer each side on sram, have you tightened the crank arm enough you will get play there if not, should be 54NM.0
