It is compatible sifters Shimano, and Sram rear derailleur.
Both 10-speed.

shimano shifter's and sram rear mech won't be compatible. one is 2:1 pull ratio and the other is a 1:1 so your shifting will never align.

Front mech maybe but rear no - even the brake lever pull ratio are different.

Make mine an Italian, with Campagnolo on the side..
