Carbon romin with pro vibe seatpost

Recently bought a new saddle, had the choice of either a romin with Ti rails or a romin with carbon rails. Like a pimp I bought the carbon rail one.
Problem Ive got is that it wont fit on either of my bikes, Ive bought a 7x9mm adapter, but the adapter wont fit on my pro vibe seatpost as the cradle is slightly too big and wont allow for me to tighten the bolt up. Neither will it on my ISP on my chinese bike as the bolt is just slightly too small.
Anybody got any suggestions of how I can sort this out?
