Orbea Warranty Positive

Just thought I'd post this on here as it's nice to hear a genuinely good story with a good outcome.
I bought an Orbea after my Scott got stolen last year, I was on a bit of a budget, hadn't heard of Orbea before but read about their lifetime warranty and their long history so decided to go for it.
A year down the line some tiny cracks started appearing round the headtube. The cracks were just in the varnish/clearcoat and looked like tiny UV cracking or slight flexion/stress cracks.
Stripped the bike down and took it to the shop where I bought it. No bike for 2 weeks, then today got an email from the shop saying they'd just had a brand new frame and forks delivered, without notice, from Orbea.
Winner, considering it was something non structural, cracks did dent my confidence in the frame but it's nice to have a replacement on warranty with little hassle.
Just so you know when they say lifetime warranty, they mean it.
A big plus is I bought a sweet new frame whilst the orbea was away so I now have no option but to build the orbea up as a winter bike. N+1 and all that...
