Mavic Jacket - Sprint or Helium

I'm looking to get my first winter waterproof for time out on the road bike. Seen what appears to be a good price on both the Sprint H2O & the Helium H2O. Both jackets are within a fiver of each other, so costs not really the consideration. Has anyone got either of these jackets / reccomend one of the above?
PS - subject to how I get on, it may be useful if one could also double up as a good jacket for off-road adventures as I'm out-slimmed my current MTB jacket
