Morvelo shorts sizing advice

Hiya,
I'm quite new to roadcycling and recent long trips have really done a number on my rear. So, I was looking into some shorts and jersey's from morvelo because I generally don't like the looks of cycling clothes, but these are pretty nice. Now about their sizing. The jersey's are the same as my normal size for t-shirts/vests but for the shorts I am on the edge from XL to XXL where I normally wear L shorts.
Has anyone some experience with these shorts and how they actually fit? My waist measurement is 93cm (+-36").
